A chinning bar and sit up exercise bar which fits into a standard door aperture.
Simply twist the bar to expand and lock into any standard doorway. The bar comes with 2 steel cups for fitting in a door recess at chinning height and the bar can then be safely locked into these. For sit ups the bar can be positioned without the cups set at the right height to let your feet under.
