Adjustable height chinning bar. The main bracket is fixed to a wall with 4 heavy duty anchors at the desired height. The "cow horn" handles then can be raised or lowered by adjusting the position on the centre tube. The handles are 750mm wide at the ends and project approximately 500mm from the wall.
